She replied to my email in a very resonable time and manner very sweet and I appreciate you for that, thank you. She replaced my lost product and with more for my inconvenience not due to her but the post office lost my package of soaps. She went above and beyond for me and she has a faithful customer. Me and my teenage daughter use her products and we love them. Thank you again.
